These policies are necessary for us to operate our business: Deposits: Unless you have a gift certificate or a special offer- We do require a deposit equal to half of the cost of your total stay to reserve your suite. This amount is to be charged on your credit card prior to your arrival. Cancellations: We take advance reservations only. When you make a reservation with us we remove your room from our inventory and refuse all other requests. We require a 7 day notice of cancellation to refund your deposit. For cancellations made less than 7 days of your first arrival date- no refund of deposit shall be given. We do not refund early departures. Check In: Check in time is 4 pm check out time is 11 am Weather:
Weather varies beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for weather conditions. No shows are charged the regular price. Special offers or certificates: No Shows affect our livelihood- If you have a special offer or discounted offer or gift certificate and do not show up for your reservation- then an amount up to that special offer, discounted offer or gift certificate can be charged. The Hillside and Hideaway Suite will hold up to four people. Occupancy over two are $25/night per person Damages: We must be able to recoup damages to our Bed And Breakfast-when we feel it is appropriate. In the rare event that there are damages to our establishment we have the right to charge these damages to the credit card given to us. General Policies: No pets ***We do have some stairs on the property*** No inside smoking although outside smoking is allowed CHILDREN 12 AND UP ARE WELCOME. Check-In time is 4pm - 6pm Check-Out time is 11am Please notify of any changes in your arrival time. |
